The Landscape Maintenance Supervisor will oversee a crew of two to four members, working outdoors on various client properties. The role involves a range of landscape maintenance activities, including pruning, hedging, weeding, and leaf cleanup.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a small team of crew members.
  • Ensure timely and quality completion of assigned tasks.
  • Utilize appropriate equipment for each job site as per specifications.
  • Perform trimming, pruning, blowing, raking, and edging according to job requirements.
  • Spread bark and gravel to meet quality standards.
  • Report any equipment malfunctions or damages to the maintenance department.
  • Assist in the disposal of debris at the end of the workday.
  • Support the Maintenance Manager with additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Experience and interest in horticulture
  • Familiarity with landscape maintenance tools and equipment.
  • Knowledge of pruning and trimming techniques.
  • Leadership experience of at least one year.
  • Valid driver's license in Washington State.
  • Clean driving record required.
  • Physical ability to walk, push, pull, bend, reach, and squat frequently.
  • Capability to lift and carry up to 60 lbs comfortably.
