At North County Lawn Care LLC, we are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to take on the role of Landscape Maintenance Supervisor. Our company has been dedicated to providing exceptional landscaping services since its inception. We are looking for a proactive candidate who is eager to develop a career with our innovative team.
The Landscape Maintenance Supervisor will oversee a crew of two to four members, working outdoors on various client properties. The role involves a range of landscape maintenance activities, including pruning, hedging, weeding, and leaf cleanup.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a small team of crew members.
- Ensure timely and quality completion of assigned tasks.
- Utilize appropriate equipment for each job site as per specifications.
- Perform trimming, pruning, blowing, raking, and edging according to job requirements.
- Spread bark and gravel to meet quality standards.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or damages to the maintenance department.
- Assist in the disposal of debris at the end of the workday.
- Support the Maintenance Manager with additional tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience and interest in horticulture
- Familiarity with landscape maintenance tools and equipment.
- Knowledge of pruning and trimming techniques.
- Leadership experience of at least one year.
- Valid driver's license in Washington State.
- Clean driving record required.
- Physical ability to walk, push, pull, bend, reach, and squat frequently.
- Capability to lift and carry up to 60 lbs comfortably.
