This position requires a high level of autonomy and independence, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, including targeted sourcing, screening, and selection tools.
  • Employee Engagement: Enhance and maintain the new hire orientation process, support performance management, and identify training needs and programs.
  • Generalist-Related Tasks: Provide subject matter expertise for HCM, ATS, and performance management platforms, and administer benefits and renewal responsibilities.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field, and at least five years of generalist HR experience. Excellent financial modeling ability, presentation compilation skills, and interpersonal skills are essential.

Estimated Salary: $95,000 - $125,000 per year
