Key Responsibilities
  • Data Management and Analysis
    • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date constituent data and communication strategies for the team.
    • Prepare and analyze complex data sets to identify trends and patterns, and provide insights to inform fundraising and engagement strategies.
  • Volunteer Management
    • Manage GiveCampus data, resources, and volunteer feeds to support the success of the Parents Fund and the Parent Ambassador program.
    • Provide training and support to volunteers in the GiveCampus platform to expand the reach of the Parent Team through peer-to-peer fundraising.
  • Event Planning and Coordination
    • Provide strategic and tactical support for large-scale data projects, including registration and data tracking for events and projects.
    • Serve as the logistics lead for in-person and virtual events and webinars.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills
    • Serve as the first point of contact for constituents reaching out to the team, providing excellent customer service and support.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with constituents, staff, faculty, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience
    • 5+ years of experience in higher education advancement or equivalent.
    • 5+ years of experience working in non-profit institutions of comparable complexity and scale.
    • 3+ years of demonstrated experience in project management.
    • 3+ years of volunteer management experience or supervision.
  • Skills and Knowledge
    • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Commitment to equity and inclusion, and serving the needs of a culturally and educationally diverse community.
