Job Title: Driver

Southwest Behavioral Health Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Driver to join our team. As a Driver, you will play a vital role in transporting our clients to and from appointments, ensuring their safety and well-being.

Job Summary:

This is a part-time position that requires flexibility to work during the clinics' operating hours. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing safe and timely transportation, maintaining appropriate staff/client communications, and adhering to agency policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide safe and timely transportation to clients
  • Maintain accurate records of transportation and client interactions
  • Report any client behavioral concerns to the appropriate staff
  • Adhere to agency policies and procedures, including vehicle operations and use of agency vehicles
  • Monitor and document safety/mechanical concerns daily and report to supervisor and Risk Management
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 22 years of age
  • Current, valid Arizona driver's license in accordance with SBH insurance standards
  • Pass a 39-month Motor Vehicle Report
  • High School Diploma/GED
