Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team at Midwest Staffing Group.

The successful candidate will possess excellent welding expertise and be able to provide high-quality fabrication, pipefitting, and rigging services in our factory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform welding tasks to support maintenance activities and fabrication projects.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of welding procedures and quality control measures.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and safe working practices.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • 4G weld test certification and ASME Section 9 Welding Certification (6G Pipe) preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents, including safety rules, operating instructions, and procedures manuals.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
