Job Summary:

We are looking for a compassionate and patient individual to provide essential support and assistance to clients in their daily activities. As a Compassionate Support Specialist, you will ensure the comfort and well-being of our clients by providing personalized care and support.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Help with meal preparation and medication management.
  • Engage clients in social and recreational activities.
  • Monitor and report changes in clients' health and well-being.
  • Maintain a safe and clean living environment.

Requirements:

  • Experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
  • Certification in CPR and first aid is a plus.

Salary and Benefits:

Our competitive salary range for this position is $35,000 - $45,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, opportunities for professional development and training, and a supportive team environment.
