About the Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Youth Soccer Coach to join our team at Super Soccer Stars. As a Soccer Coach, you will be responsible for leading our children in fun and educational activities while ensuring safety for all.

Responsibilities
  • Lead soccer classes for children, promoting a fun and educational environment
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans to meet the needs of our students
  • Provide individual attention to ensure every child has success
  • Use a non-competitive approach to ensure classes are fun and stress-free
  • Use positive reinforcement to encourage children to do better and celebrate success
  • Attend regular trainings and follow the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual
Requirements
  • Prior experience working with children (as a sports coach, teacher, camper, or leader)
  • Ability to work with children of varying skill levels and ages
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a variety of schedules, including mornings and afternoons
