About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team at CCMC. As a Janitor, you will play a vital role in maintaining the overall cleanliness and aesthetic of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of community facilities, including common areas, restrooms, and parking lots.
  • Perform routine cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces.
  • Restock supplies and materials as needed.
  • Assist with special events and projects as required.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in janitorial or maintenance work.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
