Position Title: Accounts Receivable Supervisor

Salary Range: $75K-$80K

The Accounts Receivable Supervisor will oversee revenue tracking, ensure timely payments, and manage the invoicing and collections processes. This role includes the development of policies and procedures, financial performance analysis, and maintaining essential relationships with stakeholders while adhering to relevant regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline
  • 3-5 years of experience in accounts receivable management or a similar field
  • Strong grasp of accounting and financial principles
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational abilities
  • Proficient analytical skills, particularly in financial data analysis and trend identification
  • Excellent customer service aptitude
  • Advanced computer skills, especially in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
  • Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor revenue and ensure accurate payment recording
  • Oversee billing and collections activities, including invoicing, credit adjustments, and refunds
  • Establish and enforce policies and procedures for accurate and timely invoicing and collections
  • Analyze and report on financial performance metrics, including revenue, aging reports, and cash flow forecasts
  • Build and sustain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and regulatory bodies
  • Ensure compliance with accounting and financial regulations
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to clients and stakeholders
  • Support additional accounting and finance tasks as required
