Job Summary

The Life Skills Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the development of essential life skills in individuals. This position requires a high level of dedication, patience, and understanding of the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement the Ansell Casey curriculum and other life skills topics to support the development of essential life skills.
  • Work closely with clients to identify and achieve their Individualized Service Plan (ISP) goals.
  • Provide direct services to clients, including support with daily living skills, education, and employment.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure a comprehensive and supportive environment for clients.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required, with commensurate experience.
  • Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Computer knowledge is necessary, with specific skills to be evaluated upon interview.
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance coverage.
