Job Description

The primary objective of this role is to fabricate plastic assemblies according to print specifications. This includes fabricating standard parts, custom parts, building complete products, and inspecting the work.

Responsibilities:
  • Fabricate plastic piece parts, turntables, cabinets, and fusion assemblies, and perform solvent welding and other tasks as assigned
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and schematics to determine fabrication requirements
  • Select and prepare plastic materials for welding, ensuring they are clean and free from defects
  • Operate hand and power tools, such as grinders and cutters, to shape and trim plastic components as required
  • Inspect components to ensure they meet quality standards and make any necessary adjustments
  • Perform secondary machining operations as required
