We are seeking a seasoned Generalist Human Resources Manager to lead our HR function. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a strategic role in developing and implementing HR initiatives that drive business results and enhance employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring effective talent management, employee engagement, and retention.
- Lead and manage the HR function, including recruitment, talent development, and employee relations, ensuring compliance with industry-specific regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with departmental managers to understand business needs, develop solutions, and implement changes that drive business outcomes.
- Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and events that enhance employee skills, knowledge, and behaviors, promoting a culture of continuous learning and growth.
- Analyze data and metrics to inform HR decisions, measure program effectiveness, and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with external vendors, consultants, and industry experts to stay current on best practices and emerging trends in HR.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, as well as industry-specific guidelines for food manufacturing.
- Advanced degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of HR experience in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of success in HR strategy development, talent management, and employee engagement, with a focus on driving business results.
- Expertise in employment-related laws and regulations, with a strong understanding of industry-specific guidelines for food manufacturing.
- Strategic thinking, with the ability to develop and implement comprehensive HR plans that align with business objectives.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
- Results-oriented, with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes and exceeding expectations.
