Job Overview
Lifepoint Health seeks a skilled Registered Nurse for its rehabilitation team at Providence Swedish Rehabilitation Hospital in Lynnwood, Washington. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality care to patients recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury.

Our Comprehensive Rehabilitation Programs focus on maximizing the health, function, and quality of life of those we serve through physical medicine and rehabilitation tailored to individual needs.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of patient assessment and care planning, and experience working in an acute care setting. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies patient needs.
  • Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions.
  • Provides care appropriate to condition and age of the patient.
  • Performs timely and accurate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record.
  • Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient.
  • Performs timely and accurate QI assessments.
