We are seeking a dedicated Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of those we serve. The successful candidate will have a Master's degree from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program, valid licensure, and a minimum of one year's experience as a Speech Language Pathologist. They should also demonstrate strong communication skills, organization, and attention to detail. Our company offers a competitive salary range of $45.00-$55.00 per hour, plus comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). The Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist will be responsible for evaluating patients' speech and language abilities and developing treatment plans to address any deficits. They will perform regular assessments to ensure the effectiveness of treatment plans and make recommendations for discharge or continued care. The pathologist will also communicate with other healthcare professionals, family members, and caregivers to ensure seamless coordination of care. Requirements include a Master's degree from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program, valid licensure, and a minimum of one year's experience as a Speech Language Pathologist. Additionally, the candidate should demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
