Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN)

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking skilled Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs/LVNs) to join our team in providing high-quality care to our patients in the comfort of their own homes.

About the Role:
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
  • Perform focused interviews to identify specific patient needs and assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from healthcare members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
  • Other LPN/LVN duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) license in the state where you practice.
  • Current Health Certificate (per facility).
  • Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
  • Current BLS card.
  • One year prior LPN/LVN experience preferred.
