Job Summary

Nicholson Construction is seeking a skilled Laborer/Grout Operator to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for providing physical labor and assisting in the completion of project-related tasks in accordance with NCC and OSHA safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure adherence to Nicholson and OSHA safety regulations, promoting a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues.
  • Meet Nicholson quality standards by delivering high-quality work and contributing to the success of our projects.
  • Participate in safety meetings, providing input and suggestions to enhance our safety protocols.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a crew, taking direction from supervisors and contributing to the achievement of daily and weekly project goals.
  • Focus on attention to detail, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, along with 1 year of construction or similar industry experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, noisy construction environment, with a focus on safety and quality.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require reaching, stooping, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to travel as per the company travel policy.
  • Strong decision-making skills, with the ability to learn quickly and take on new responsibilities as needed.
