Healthcare Customer Support Specialist

Your expertise will help resolve complex issues and address customer concerns with empathy and professionalism.
To succeed in this role, you'll need excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You should have a solid understanding of healthcare-related products and services, as well as the ability to navigate technical systems and applications. A high school diploma is required, and prior experience in customer-facing roles is preferred.
Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan and Employee Stock Purchase Plan. You'll also receive paid time off, including vacation pay and holidays throughout the year. With a salary range of $18.00 - $32.00 per hour, you'll be compensated fairly for your skills and experience.
