Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and members, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage patient flow, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all visitors to our clinics.
  • Process transactions, maintain accurate records, and ensure all patient accounts are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Participate in marketing and sales opportunities to attract new patients to our clinics.
  • Work collaboratively with our healthcare team to provide a comprehensive and patient-centered experience.
  • Stay up-to-date on membership options, packages, and promotions, and effectively communicate this information to patients and members.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, members, and team members, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, ensuring the smooth operation of our clinics.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
  • Previous sales experience and strong phone and computer skills preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and maintaining a high level of productivity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Willingness to learn and grow, with a positive attitude and a commitment to excellence.
