Key Responsibilities:

Under the guidance of the Regional Vice President and in collaboration with the Assisted Living Team, the Supervisor of Assisted Living will:

  • Provide leadership and clinical management to promote residents' independence.
  • Oversee the daily operations of Assisted Living in compliance with all relevant standards and regulations.
  • Deliver professional nursing care as prescribed by physicians and requested by residents' families, adhering to the state's Nurse Practice Act.
  • Supervise daily activities to ensure the highest quality of care is consistently maintained.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Michigan LPN license.
  • Preferred: 1 year of supervisory experience.
  • Experience in assisted living, hospitals, or long-term care settings is preferred.
  • Current CPR Certification is required.
