We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Starbucks Lead to join our team at Kroger - Milan. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for creating an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service and ensuring a safe and clean environment for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Answer questions regarding products sold within the department and throughout the store, and provide recommendations to customers to ensure they get the products they want and need.
- Store Operations: Support the day-to-day functions of Starbucks operations, including preparing beverage selections to recipe and standards, tendering transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Team Management: Collaborate with associates and promote teamwork to help achieve company/store goals, establish performance goals for the department, and empower associates to meet or exceed targets.
- Inventory Management: Adequately prepare, package, label, and inventory ingredients in merchandise, and check product quality to ensure freshness.
- Food Safety: Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines, and ensure proper temperatures in cases and coolers are maintained.
- Reporting: Report product ordering/shipping discrepancies to the department manager, and notify management of customer or employee accidents.
- Customer Service Skills: Provide exceptional customer service, answer questions, and make recommendations to customers.
- Store Operations Skills: Support the day-to-day functions of Starbucks operations, including preparing beverage selections and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
