Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ultrasound Technologist to join our team at Rhode Island Medical Imaging. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will be responsible for performing high-quality ultrasound exams and providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate ultrasound equipment to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes
  • Review images to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Accommodate patients in a timely and professional manner
  • Perform quality control procedures and report any equipment concerns
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest ultrasound technology and techniques
Requirements
  • Registered in ultrasound by the ARDMS in at least one application
  • Experience in Abdominal, OB/GYN, small parts, and Vascular Ultrasound
  • Current with all CME requirements
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and patient care skills
