Maintenance Supervisor

Westborough, Massachusetts

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with corporate safety protocols and fostering collaboration among personnel.

• Ensure adherence to the corporate safety program and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement effective training programs for mechanics and preventative maintenance technicians.
• Oversee inventory management and maintenance of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Coordinate and/or transport vehicles to outside service for repairs, as needed.
• Test vehicles to troubleshoot problems and/or test repairs to ensure proper and safe completion.
• Communicate regularly with the Division Maintenance Manager to ensure alignment with departmental goals.
• Assist in monthly financial projections and annual budgeting to maintain departmental costs within budget.

• 5+ years of experience in mechanic maintenance and repair, with a focus on truck, light, or heavy equipment.
• Ability to train and motivate staff, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and collaboration.
• Knowledge of air brake, hydraulic, and electrical systems, with a focus on vehicle and equipment diagnosis and repair.
• Trade or Technical School Certificate preferred, with a High School or Equivalent required.
• Holds or ability to certify for CDL within 90 days of start date.
