Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with material pickup and delivery
  • Unload and replace returned merchandise in stock
  • Operate forklift to assist in loading and unloading trucks
  • Check delivery orders for accuracy
  • Organize and secure yard or warehouse for safety
  • Maintain housekeeping in yard and warehouse
  • Complete forklift pre-op checklist when assigned
  • Assist supervisor and other employees as needed
Requirements
  • Forklift experience
  • Ability to do math, read orders, write instructions, and complete forms
  • Ability to communicate with customers, other employees, and supervisors using verbal and written skills
  • Knowledge and ability to use safe lifting techniques
  • Knowledge of materials and products
  • Ability to lift pounds repeatedly
  • Awesome attitude and teamwork mentality
