Job Title: Construction Equipment Field Technician

Cleveland Brothers Equipment Co., Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Equipment Field Technician to join our team. As a Field Technician, you will be responsible for repairing and maintaining all types of crushing and screening equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and repair equipment issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure equipment is in good working condition
  • Collaborate with other technicians and supervisors to resolve complex issues
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with customers
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in construction equipment repair and maintenance
  • Knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, and electronics
  • Intermediate computer skills and ability to use diagnostic software
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
