As a Busser Assistant at Hard Rock Cafe, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our restaurants. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Clearing tables and resetting them for the next guests
  • Sweeping the floor and emptying trash cans
  • Stocking ice and products
  • Maintaining a clean and organized back dock area
  • Pre-bussing tables and assisting hosts, servers, and other bussers

In some cafes, you may also be responsible for removing ketchup from tables, refilling guests' drinks, and setting up bar pre-mixes.

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • A positive and friendly attitude towards guests and colleagues

This position requires:

  • Ability to move throughout the restaurant during your shift (standing, walking, kneeling, bending) for extended periods
  • Manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and ability to work with your hands above shoulders
  • Ability to occasionally, regularly, frequently move objects (lift, push, pull, balance, carry) up to 10 pounds

We offer a competitive salary of $18-$22 per hour, depending on location and experience. Benefits include health insurance and opportunities for growth and development within the company.
