About This Role

This Clinical LMFT Program Director position at Sevita offers a unique opportunity to lead a team of mental health professionals in delivering high-quality services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. As a leader, you will be responsible for providing guidance, support, and supervision to staff members, ensuring the effective implementation of our Family Centered Treatment model.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and supervision to multidisciplinary staff
  • Build and manage a team of quality mental health professionals
  • Manage daily operations and service delivery components of the Family Centered Treatment model
  • Oversee administrative staff and functions
  • Create and implement marketing plans to develop business contacts
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, or a related field
  • State licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
  • A valid driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance
  • Successful clearance of local and/or state background checks
