We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Grand Fitness Mgmt, LLC.

Job Overview

This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members and guests while ensuring a seamless experience in our Judgement Free Zone.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet members and guests warmly and assist with any questions or concerns.
  • Help promote our Judgement Free Zone by engaging with members on the club floor and offering support in their fitness journeys.
  • Resolve member concerns and escalate to a Manager as needed.
  • Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with their inquiries.

The estimated salary for this position is $40,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

Requirements:

  • 6-12 months of experience in a customer service environment.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Willing to become CPR/AED Certified (training provided).
  • Basic computer proficiency.
