Role Summary:

We are currently seeking a motivated individual to fill the role of Inventory Control Clerk. This position is essential to our operations, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our inventory management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure proper product allocation.
  • Manage the loading and unloading of incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Provide timely inventory updates based on customer requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent analytical and mathematical abilities.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as necessary.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Detail-oriented with a knack for identifying discrepancies.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
  • Certification on powered industrial truck (PIT) equipment is preferred.
  • Adaptability to a dynamic work environment.
