Key Responsibilities- Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with personal hygiene, mobility, and daily living activities
- Participate in daily nursing reports and take detailed notes to ensure accurate and effective care
- Observe and report changes in residents' condition, making independent decisions when necessary
- Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs and preferences of each resident
- Current, unencumbered state nurse aide license
