    • Process sales transactions at the point of sale system.
  • Member Account Management:
    • Update membership cards and personal information.
    • Manage billing inquiries and payment changes.
  • Additional Responsibilities:
    • Order club supplies within budgetary constraints.
    • Track key performance indicators such as guest counts and cancellations.
Qualifications:

Preferred candidates will have 6-12 months of customer service experience, ideally in the fitness sector. A high school diploma or GED is required. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess basic computer skills with attention to detail. Reliability and punctuality are essential. Strong customer service skills are necessary to interact positively with members and colleagues, consistently exceeding expectations. Candidates should demonstrate strong listening skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities while maintaining professionalism in all interactions.

Physical Requirements:

This position requires continuous standing and walking, as well as frequent communication in person and over the phone. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and may encounter cleaning chemicals during their shift.
