Senior Project Manager - Financial Services

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team at Swoon, a leading player in the financial services industry. This role will support the US Intermediaries Wealth Strategy initiatives, focusing on enhancing go-to-market strategies and automation efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage two workstreams within the US Intermediaries Wealth Strategy change portfolio, focused on go-to-market strategies.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to implement changes aimed at increasing sales and improving services for advisors.
  • Oversee the shift from manual processes to automated systems, contributing to the initiative's strategic goals.
  • Ensure smooth handoff and continuity in ongoing initiatives, collaborating with the previous project manager and other stakeholders.
  • Regularly communicate progress, risks, and issues to senior leadership, ensuring project objectives are met within time and budget constraints.
  • Manage cross-functional collaboration between sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to refine strategies for serving key clients and target markets.
  • Ensure all project tasks are executed with a focus on quality, efficiency, and alignment with business objectives.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on financial services and sales/marketing environments.
  • Proven experience leading change management initiatives within sales and marketing teams.
  • Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies and business development in a financial services context.
  • Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work across multiple departments and teams.
  • Experience managing projects related to process automation and strategic technology integration.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to drive project progress and motivate teams.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
