- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions to meet their expectations.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, develop proposals, and negotiate contracts to drive business growth.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project delivery.
- Financial Management: Manage project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to ensure financial stability and growth.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering from an ABET-accredited university.
- Experience: 3 years of detailed engineering design experience for design-only and/or EPC projects.
- Skills: Strong facilitation, team building, collaboration, organization, and problem-solving skills. Highly effective communicator with clear and concise writing and presentation skills.
- Certifications: Engineers in Training (EIT) certification and Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
