About the Role

As a key member of the Epredia HR team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional employee experiences across the US. This position requires a highly motivated and customer-focused individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Champion and facilitate an exceptional employee experience at all touch points of the employee lifecycle.
  • Act as the first HR point of contact for employee queries, including leaves of absence management, benefit inquiries, and HR policies & procedures.
  • Provide transactional HR support, including onboarding, offboarding, and HR data management.
  • Collaborate with the broader HR team, Centers of Excellence, and 3rd party vendors to resolve employee issues in a thorough and timely manner.
  • Review and process new hires, status changes, and termination requests in Workday.
  • Identify ways to improve current processes and automate where possible.
  • Perform special projects as assigned.
Requirements
  • Associate degree and equivalent work experience directly attributable to human resources operations support; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2+ years working in an HR Service Center or similar customer service equivalent role is highly preferred.
  • Previous experience in Leave of Absence Management, including FMLA, State Family Leaves, STD, LTD preferred.
  • Previous experience in Benefits Administration is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills needed with the ability to communicate well in a diverse work environment and at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint, experience using a HRIS database and reporting application; preferably Workday.
  • Ability to interpret and communicate HR policies, procedures, and programs.
