Job Summary

CTL Aerospace Inc is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service/Production Assistant to join our team in northern Cincinnati, Ohio. As a key member of our production office, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compile and record production data from customer orders, work orders, product specifications, and individual worker production sheets.
  • Maintain files of documents used and prepared, and assist in shop floor document schedule release.
  • Use computer software to enter, maintain, access, or retrieve electronic files, reports, or data.
  • Sort and distribute work orders or material to workers, and prepare, maintain, and/or distribute customer order status information and reports.
  • Assist Production Manager and supervisors in locating and status reporting of jobs on the shop floor and status of jobs at outside subcontracting vendors.
Requirements
  • US Citizen
  • HS Diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a discrete job shop manufacturing environment a plus
  • Good working knowledge of basic computer software (MS Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)
  • Good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Must be self-directed, detail oriented, reliable, and have strong initiative, and have good time management and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to work in a manufacturing and office environment
  • Experience with ERP/MRP systems a plus
