Geologist

A leading geotechnical engineering and materials testing consulting firm in the Southeastern U.S.

We are seeking an entry-level Field Geologist with 0 to 5 years' experience to join our team in central Florida and throughout the U.S.

The successful candidate will support our water resource department and geotechnical department in geology, soils, surface water, and groundwater field and office services for various projects.

• Collecting soil, rock, and groundwater samples
• Overseeing well drilling, construction, and testing
• Performing geophysical surveys
• Records retrievals and research
• Surface water discharge measurements and storm event water quality sampling
• Data review and analysis

The ideal candidate will have excellent writing and verbal communication skills, a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology, and good computer skills with experience in presentation software, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Internet Explorer.
