The University of North Texas System is seeking qualified individuals for its Adjunct Instructor Pool in the Department of Behavior Analysis. This posting is for the Fall 2024, Spring 2025, and Summer 2025 semesters.
Job SummaryThe Department of Behavior Analysis is responsible for teaching and research in the field of behavior analysis. The Adjunct Instructor will be responsible for teaching courses in the undergraduate, M.S., or M.A. degree program.
Responsibilities- Teach courses in behavior analysis, including undergraduate and graduate-level courses
- Develop and implement course materials, including syllabi and lesson plans
- Evaluate student performance and provide feedback
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to departmental decisions
- Must be a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst
- Adjuncts teaching graduate-level courses must have a Ph.D.
- Experience teaching, preferably in an online setting
- Experience working in a Learning Management System (e.g., Blackboard or Canvas)
- Relevant clinical experience
The Adjunct Instructor will work on a part-time basis, with a variable schedule based on assignment.
