Job Title: Instructional Designer

Stellantis Financial Services US is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to join our team. As an Instructional Designer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality instructional materials and training programs that align with our company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop engaging, effective, and interactive learning materials, including eLearning courses, instructor-led training, job aids, and other resources.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and organize content, ensuring accuracy and relevance to the target audience.
  • Manage and execute the instructional design process for assigned projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Review and edit training materials for clarity, consistency, and instructional effectiveness.
  • Propose and develop creative solutions to enhance the learning experience and improve existing training programs.
  • Coach and provide guidance to lower-level professionals within the team, aiding in their professional development.
  • Collaborate with peers and managers to address complex instructional design challenges and contribute to the improvement of learning processes.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years related experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Advanced knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
  • Proficiency in designing and developing a variety of learning materials, including eLearning courses, instructor-led training, job aids, and assessments.
  • Ability to create engaging and interactive learning experiences.
  • Practical knowledge of project management techniques to oversee instructional design projects from initiation to completion.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and Learning Management Systems (LMS); Basic graphic design skills or proficiency in using graphic design software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with stakeholders (regular updates, manage expectations, gather feedback); change management skills (managing and communicating change).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in training or facilitation role within the indirect auto finance market, banking/finance company/auto industry.
  • Advanced training or certifications in human resources, talent development, or related fields.
  • Travel 10-20% - as required.
  • Must have reliable transportation and live within a commutable distance to one of the following cities: Atlanta, GA; Dallas, TX; Detroit, MI; Houston, TX; Phoenix, AZ
