Position Overview:
We are in search of a Quality Control Inspector who will ensure that our products and services meet the highest quality benchmarks. This role demands technical proficiency, leadership capabilities, and a strong emphasis on component inspection and quality assurance. A critical aspect of your responsibilities will be to combat counterfeit products through rigorous product authentication and thorough physical inspections. You will oversee incoming inspections, testing procedures, and product verification, all supported by relevant certifications and training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive understanding of Quality Control and Inspection protocols
- Documenting processes and delivering training focused on inspection and counterfeit prevention
- Managing warehouse operations, including receiving, inspection, testing, inventory management, and shipping
- Verifying products against established specifications and customer expectations
- Ensuring compliance with ANSI ESD S20.20 standards
Qualifications:
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Collaborative team player with excellent communication abilities
- Experience in warehouse management and inventory oversight
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP software
Experience Requirements:
- 3-5 years of relevant industry experience
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline is preferred
