Job Overview

The CSI Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Director to oversee the technology strategy and operations within the organization.

This role involves managing the IT team, ensuring that all systems and technology infrastructure run smoothly, and aligning IT initiatives with the company's overall business goals.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning
  • Develop and implement IT strategies that align with the company's business goals.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and determine their potential impact on the organization.
  • Create and manage IT budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial plans.
Technology Management
  • Oversee the maintenance, development, and implementation of IT systems, networks, and infrastructure.
  • Ensure data integrity, cybersecurity, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with vendors and manage relationships to procure IT services and solutions.
Operations and Support
  • Ensure the availability, performance, and security of all IT systems and infrastructure.
  • Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Provide high-level support for critical incidents, ensuring quick resolution to minimize downtime.
Project Management
  • Plan, execute, and manage IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with other departments to implement technology solutions that improve business operations.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues that arise.
Security and Compliance
  • Ensure the security of data, network access, and backup systems.
  • Develop and enforce policies to protect the organization's data and IT assets.
  • Stay up-to-date with compliance regulations and implement necessary measures to meet industry standards.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as an IT Director, IT Manager, or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and best practices.
  • Experience with IT budget management and cost optimization.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity, data protection, and compliance regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and solve complex problems.
