Salary Range: $65,000 - $95,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.

Job Description:

This position involves operating computed tomography (CT) scanners to produce detailed cross-sectional images of patients' internal organs and tissues.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring accurate and efficient operation of CT scan equipment.
  • Preparing patients for imaging procedures, including administering contrast materials as needed.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of patient information.

You will collaborate closely with radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree from an accredited program in Radiologic Technology.
  • Current registration as a Registered Technologist with The American Registry of Radiologic Technologists R.T.(R) (ARRT).
  • Certification in Computed Tomography (CT) required within one year of hire: R.T.(R) (CT) (ARRT).
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Familiarity with cross-sectional anatomy and related pathologic processes.

Prior experience working in a hospital setting or medical imaging department is preferred.
