Job Description

We are seeking a dependable, enthusiastic, and experienced Host to join our front of house staff. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for providing a warm and friendly welcome, managing reservations, and ensuring a seamless dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, greeting guests with a smile and ensuring their needs are met throughout their visit.
  • Manage reservations, rotational seating, and table assignments to optimize guest flow and satisfaction.
  • Assist in answering phones, taking to-go orders, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Work collaboratively with the front of house team to deliver outstanding service and create a positive atmosphere.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A current food handler license
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
  • Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and credit transactions
