As a Guest Experience Ambassador for NEXDINE Hospitality, you will be the face of our company, responsible for ensuring every guest has a positive and memorable experience. You will be the first point of contact, welcoming guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, and providing them with information about our products and services.

Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor
• Provide guests with information about our products and services
• Assist guests with any needs or inquiries
• Resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure guest satisfaction
• Proactively seek feedback from guests to improve their experience

Qualifications:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to make quick and effective decisions
• Team player
• Positive attitude
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not required
