Job Description
We are seeking a skilled NOC Technician II to join our team in Arizona. As a NOC Technician II, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining Wireless Systems nationwide, with a focus on Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) and 5G networks. You will also provide remote support to the Network Operations Center (NOC) to facilitate quick incident resolution and system enhancements.

Key Responsibilities
* Monitor and maintain Wireless Systems nationwide* Provide remote support to the Network Operations Center (NOC)* Troubleshoot RF systems and ensure optimal network performance and reliability* Collaborate with vendors and OEMs for effective maintenance and support of all DAS and 5G-related equipment* Process and execute Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for faulty equipment and track spare parts inventory* Assist in asset management and ensure all equipment is accounted for and properly maintained* Travel up to 15% of the time* Excellent verbal and written communication skills* Strong attention to detail and commitment to completing projects thoroughly and efficiently*
