**Key Responsibilities**

* Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff, including receiving, storing, and shipping materials and supplies
* Ensure accurate and timely inventory management, including conducting physical counts and reconciling discrepancies
* Train and evaluate warehouse staff on effective inventory techniques and daily tasks
* Assist in maintaining appropriate inventory levels and product loss control
* Schedule and manage warehouse team members within labor and budget while meeting the demands of the facility

**Safety and Compliance**

* Ensure compliance with safety codes, policies, and procedures of the Company and standards established by OSHA and FDA
* Maintain and inspect equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and fleet trucks

**Requirements**

* 2+ years of experience in a warehouse or logistics role
* Strong leadership and communication skills
