Line Chef Role for Members Club Team

Crescent Services is seeking a Line Chef to join our team at PGA National Resort. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality food, managing kitchen operations, and contributing to delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare a variety of dishes, including soups, sauces, and entrees, following established recipes and production standards.
- Manage food preparation, portioning, and presentation to meet the needs of our guests.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of prior culinary experience, preferably in a fine dining setting.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks.
