Restaurant Sous Chef and Lead Line Cook

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Restaurant Sous Chef and Lead Line Cook to join our team at Honeybelle's Restaurant. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will oversee and supervise production of food and daily operations in the chef's absence.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in culinary arts and experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment. They must be able to lift 50 pounds chest high, stand for long periods, and work well under pressure.
Responsibilities include setting up station, preparing ingredients, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. The successful candidate will also be responsible for training and supervising junior staff members.
Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knife skills and knowledge of various cuisines
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods
- Good communication and leadership skills
