As a Supervisor of Patient Experience, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our patients receive the best possible care. You will be responsible for supervising a team of staff members who work together to promote an optimal patient experience, customer service, and availability of medical services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Patient Experience: Ensure that all patients receive a positive and respectful experience during their visit.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise a team of staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to provide excellent patient care.
  • Clinical Operations: Oversee the day-to-day clinical operations to ensure that all medical services are available to patients in a timely manner.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality assurance reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance patient care.

The ideal candidate will have 3 years of relevant experience and a High School Graduate or Equivalent degree. This role does not require licensure. The salary range for this position is $49,420.80 - $79,081.60 per year.
