Merchandiser Part-Time Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a part-time merchandiser in Pierre, South Dakota. As a merchandiser, you will be responsible for organizing and replenishing checkout and newsstand shelves in local grocery and superstores.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize and maintain shelves, ensuring products are properly displayed and easily accessible to customers.
  • Replenish inventory as needed, ensuring that products are always available for sale.
  • Work with retailers and service partners to ensure stores are merchandised properly and inventory is handled appropriately.
  • Assist in increasing sales for retail partners through correct product handling and excellent customer service attitude.
Requirements:
  • Active smartphone or mobile device.
  • Proficient with using system applications to report work hours/business data.
  • Reliable transportation to service assigned accounts.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Demands:
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Must be able to bend, squat, and climb as needed.
  • Must be able to handle objects and use fine finger movements.
Work Environment:
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes in temperature and humidity.
  • Must be able to work in tight spaces and drive motorized equipment as needed.
