Job Summary

As a seasoned Construction Project Manager, you will oversee the delivery of water and wastewater construction projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and scope. With a strong background in water and wastewater construction, business acumen, and management expertise, you will lead cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to execute projects seamlessly.
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and scope alignment.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and technical feasibility.
  • Manage resource allocation, develop project schedules, and track progress.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring the successful execution of projects.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients, team members, and third-party vendors.
  • Estimate project expenses, determine project feasibility, and perform risk management.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and provide knowledge and feedback.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, environmental engineering, or construction management.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing water/wastewater plant projects.
  • Proven track record as a project manager in water and wastewater construction.
  • Strong technical background, excellent client relationship management, and internal communication skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, solid organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Work Environment

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to do the following:

  • Frequent travel by car; proof of insurance and a clean DMV record may be required.
  • Coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • The noise level in the work environment varies from quiet to loud.
  • May be required to wear appropriate PPE equipment when in the field.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision ability to adjust focus.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop; kneel; sit; talk and hear. The employee may need to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
