Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Structural Project Engineer to join our growing structural engineering team in Omaha, Nebraska. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for leading the structural design of various water, wastewater, water resources, and industrial treatment structures and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the structural design of water, wastewater, and industrial treatment structures and facilities
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary design teams throughout the project lifecycle
  • Develop construction drawings, specifications, and supporting engineering calculations
  • Review shop drawings during construction
  • Mentor junior structural engineers and technicians
  • Provide leadership and guidance on project work
Requirements
  • 10 years of progressive structural engineering experience
  • BS Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
  • Registered Professional Engineer
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills
  • Proficient in structural modeling software
  • Strong communication and listening skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • MS or MSCE Degree in Structural Engineering
  • Licensed Structural Engineer
  • Experience with condition assessment and concrete repair
